Transportation to Golf/Miniature Golf

If staying at DVC locations, is transportation available to the Disney Golf Courses or Miniature Golf? We don't want to rent a car just for that but hubbie and kids will want do both. If not, how else could we get there besides taxi? Thanks

Some DVC resorts are actually right on the golf course. Both SSR and OKW are on Lake Buena Vista Golf course, and OKW is built around it's fairways. The entrance to that course is near SSR, so yes, it can be accessed by bus. The Fantasia Gardens mini golf can be accessed by taking a bus to the Swan/Dophin. Winter Sumertime can be accessed by taking a bus to Blizzard BEach.

The swan is across the street from Fantasia Mini Golf.

The Blizzard Beach /Animal Kingdom bus will take you to the Winterland/Summerland course

For regular golf, I'm pretty sure they can provide you with free transportation for the asking. And if you have your own golf clubs and are playing more than one course during vacation, they'll transport your clubs to the new course so the clubs are waiting for you. We always rent a car, though, and in between golf, DH keeps his clubs. That way he can "practice" (or whatever ) in the living room.

When we travel BB is down for refurb. How would I get to winter/summer mini golf?

Ask the Front desk or the Animal Kingdom bus driver.

Go to the front desk of your hotel and tell them you have a tee time at whichever course, and they'll arrange taxi for you, and provide you with a voucher. so free taxi ride.

From SSR, there is no reason to take a bus. You are right there. From OKW, you take a bus or boat to SSR and the LBV course entrance. Or, you can take a taxi as recommended by someone else. I was assuming club rental. The mini golf transportation is super easy.

Thanks Diane-I thought the BACK 9 were at SSR and the FRONT 9 at OKW-It must be the opposite. Now I understand what you mean about being right there when you're at SSR. Thanks alot! (Are you ready for the COLD snap coming in? My parent are at BCV right now. I guess this reminds us of WDW all the more and makes it that much sweeter )
