What is the earliest I can catch Disney Transport from the airport to our hotel?
We're spending the night before at the hyatt and want to get to Epcot as early as possible, I know our room wont be ready until later, but we can leave our bags at the desk right?

There is no longer as "Disney" transport from the airport. You'll have to book either a car service, uber/lyft, taxi or something like Mears/Sunshine.

The earliest time will depend on which of those you choose.

You would need to look into the transportation companies to find out what they are able to handle. I know Mears runs 24 hours/day and can handle ECVs but I don’t know if they have the ability to take 2 ECVs on the same bus. It is best to check with companies directly.

That would require more than a van for 2 ECV's and that is pretty much the most available spaces on a bus. If you do get to reserve do it early enough to be the first two. If you have to wait until you get to MCO then it is a gamble as to the timing.

You've shipped 2 ECVs on your flight? Just trying to get this right. If not, I would have your 2 ECVs rented offsite (I assume) sent you your resort. Obviously you or someone in your party would have to be available to receive them. That way you can use the transportation of your choosing.

Yeah I'm beginning to think it would be best to not have ecv for that first night at hyatt and have them waiting for us at the contemporary. I can do that right? We've done it locally - just had them drop at the resort we were staying at and picking up when we got there.

Yes you can have it delivered to the Contemporary. But depending on who you rent from you may have to be present to do so.

However if you use ScooterBug you do not need to be present as they are the Disney Featured Provider.

When I went with one I had it dropped off at the resort, however, and this is a big however, I stayed at a Universal Resort. It seems to me that they fairly recently changed to drop off situation in the Disney resorts. I'd advise you to check with them. Due to some poor communication at Universal, even though my scooter was delivered when it was supposed to, no one seemed to be able to find it so I had to rent a Disney one the first morning, and I can tell you, you don't want one of those. Not only are they painfully slow, but they are also way more expensive. I swear that snails were passing me when I had the Disney one. If they currently allow that to happen that seems like a good plan.
