Transportation to Contemp. & MK

I have ressies at Chef Mickey's at 8:15am and MK opens at 9am. Had a question and need a opinion.
-I have a rental car, should I park at the Ticket and Transportation Center then take monirail to Contemporary then monirail to MK.....
I think this is the easiest way...I would just like to hear from someone who has done it....

Also....if I am staying at the ASMovies is parking at parks free?

You could drive yourself to the TTC (and yes, parking is free for resort guests), but you could also catch the MK bus from ASMo. If you get to the bus stop at around 7:20, you'd have plenty of time. Especially if it's before official park opening, if you tell the bus driver when you get on that you're headed to Chef Mickeys, they will often drop you off right at the Contemporary. If not, it's a short walk (or short monorail ride) from the MK to the resort.

If there are EMH at EPCOT or MGM that day, take a bus there from the AllStars, and then hop on a bus directly to the Contemporary.

I agree with the above posts.... plus, the resort monorail will stop at Poly, GF, and MK before getting to CR. That is a long ride. Best bet is to take the MK bus and hoof it over to CR.

For Epcot, there is no bus to the CR. You would take the monorail to the TTC and then the Resort Monorail to the CR.
