Transportation to airport

I just looked into getting a shuttle from our house to the airport the day we leave for WDW. They want $23 each way. That would be for all 4 of us and the luggage. We live a mile from the airport. Our total cost would be $46. Do you think that's too expensive. With our flight being 7:20 am, I feel bad about asking someone to come take us so early in the morning.

do you have some one that can come and pick up your car later in the day?

When we leave that early we just park in short term call our friends after they have woken up tell them where it is and they go pick it up. We leave the parking ticket in the glove box with a $20 so they can get it out. Then the drop it off for us to come and drive ourselves home. The best part is... In short term parking under 30 min is free. so it only takes us a few minutes to do that.
