Transportation timing question...

How long does it take to get to the airport to Pop Century? We will be flying in around 3:30 on a Thursday in September and using a towncar service. We will also be carrying on all luggage. I would like to do have dinner at Mickey's Backyard BBQ and was told that I would need to be there at 6:00.
So, do I have time?

It will be tight.

Figuring on no more than an hour from when the plane stops at the gate to when you are at PC, it depends on when you are going. Is the MK open after 6:00 on that day?

I ask because your longest trip may be from PC to MBYBBQ.

You can't take one bus from PC to FW.

Your best bet is to catch a bus to MK and take the boat to FW. MBYBBQ is a short walk from the boat dock. This will take upwards of a hour depending on how long you wait for a bus and boat.

What if we were to take a taxi from PC to FW? I wonder how much that would be.

I sure hope the plane isn't delayed. The pilots will have two (or three with mom) grumpy girls on their hands. Especially when the oldest (6yo) figures out where we are going.

I had also thought about just doing dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe (WL) and letting the girls see where DH and I got married. The oldest always says that's why she wants to go to WDW. We plan to do that anyway at some point.

The taxi would be the best option. You're probably looking at 35 minutes from the time you step into the cab until you get to Pioneer Hall.(You still need to catch a bus from the Outpost to get you to the Settlement).

The cost of the taxi would be about $10, unless you get the scenic tour

FW is very long. Private vehicles have to park at one end (OUtpost) and you then need to get to the other end by bus (settlement) for Hoop de Doo and MBYBBQ.
