I tried to post this once before, but I THINK it's lost out there in cyberspace :badpc: If not, so sorry.

We'll be staying at the Pop, but want to eat at some of the other resorts' restaurants. Mainly, O'Hana, Chef Mickey's and Spoodles. What is the best/easiest way to get from one resort to the others? We'll have our vehicle with us. Will our parking pass work for other resorts? And, is there a time limit?

Thanks!!!!

Anita

You can park at other resorts if you have a PS there. I find that the easiest way is to just bus it to the closest park and grab the next resort bus to the restaurant.

We never drive to the other resorts. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe there is a time limit because they don't want people parking at the resorts to avoid parking fees at the parks. Since you are staying onsite it doesn't really matter (you don't pay anyway), but offsite people have tried that in the past.

On the days you have ressies at Ohanas and Chef Mickeys, spend time at MK and then take the monorail to the Poly and the Contemporary. Its a great trip around the lagoon and you may want to get off at the GF and look around as well. You could then hop back on the monorail and go back to MK or on to EPCOT after the meal.
If you have meals at Boardwalk, you could go to MGM and then take the boat ride to EPCOT (or vice versa). It makes a stop at Boardwalk, YBC, and more. Plus it gives you a beautiful view of that area of WDW, one you can only get by water. Just a couple different options than driving or taking a bus.

Hi Ania,

It really depends...if you are in a hurry you'll have to drive. If you leave enough time, I agree with the two posts above....just make sure you allow at least 45-60 minutes if you take WDW transporation from one resort to another.

For O'hana's and Chef Mickey's your best bet is to be a the Magic Kingdom those days. You can monorail easily to both the Poly or the CR. You can also take the short walk from the MK entrance to the CR. For Spoodles plan on either Epcot or the Studios that day. Spoodles is a few doors away from the Boardwalk Inn and you can either walk or boat from either theme park. The Friendship boats run from the Epcot International Gateway to the Studios all day stopping at the Beach/Yacht clubs, Boardwalk, and Swan/Dolphin along the way.
It's faster to walk, but if you're tired the boat ride is relaxing.
