I'm sorry if it's been asked before, I've searched, but not found out exactly.
I know Mears does a shuttle to SW and you have to reserve a spot in advance. How far in advance to you reserve it? Do I call and book it before I go to Orlando, or does it just have to be the day before? How much is it going to cost (approximately) pp?
