Transportation question

Good morning.

We are going on a 4 night Wonder cruise in August. Beforehand, we will be flying in and staying a couple of days at the AKL. Can anyone provide me with details on what the best way to get from the AKL to the port and then from the port to the airport would be?

Would a private card service work? Can you recommend one?
Would DCL be easier?

Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
