Transportation Question about Doubletree and Embassy Suites LBV

We are planning a trip in 09. We are going to stay off-site because we will have 6 nights free with our Hilton points. I am looking at the Doubletree Suites in the DTD area and the Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista. We will not have a car, so I am specifically wondering about the shuttle services. Are they reliable? Frequent? Overcrowded?

I would go with the Doubletree Suites in DTD. Because there bus suppose come every 30 minutes from I understand. You will be close to DTD to.
