Transportation options from LAX to Paradise Pier

We are planning a Christmas trip to Disneyland and normally use the Disneyland Express. I have read that they have changed providers and the service now is hit or miss with many missing buses, etc...so I was thinking of using a car service but not having a US cell phone plan is making it tough to make a reservation (yes, I know horrors for not having a smart phone that can be used in the USA but my cell is for emergencies only and is pay as you go). I will be travelling with a mobility impaired senior who uses a rollator/walker.

Have anyone used a car service (not Uber) from LAX to Disneyland that they would recommend?

My son & I travelled in reverse (Disneyland to LAX) on February 4th. However we took Uber and it cost $45.09 US.

We used Lansky’s from Universal to Disneyland and it was perfect. The price included a stop at a grocery store so we were able to pick up a flat of water and some snacks.

Thanks for the information about Lansky's...I did send them an email and they responded right away that not having a cell phone was not an issue. Price was reasonable.
