Transportation Logistics Question

Here is our trip:
We arrive in Orlando and will be staying at Residence Inn International Center

Question1: Do we get a cab or town car to this first hotel?

Then we will be staying at CSR in WDW after 2 days....

Question2: Do we go back to the airport to catch the Express bus

OR just cab/town car into WDW and not take advantage of the Express bus for check-in?

depends since I don't think this hotel has free transportation to the airport.

so depends upon your group 2 or less then the shuttle, more a taxi.

have you consider going for a airport hotel -that will provide transportation back and forth to the airport?

The Residence Inn is between the Airport and WDW (about 14 miles to the Airport, and 10 miles to Coronado Springs.

I think you'll end up saving $$ by renting a car. You can rent a car at the Airport and return it in Walt Disney World for about $30 a day with taxes and fees. So for $60 plus gas you can drive yourself. (Thrifty, Dollar, Budget & Avis all have rental locations inside WDW.)

If you are dead set against renting a car, then I'd suggest using a town car from the Airport to the Residence Inn, and also a town car from the Residence Inn to WDW. They typically cost about the same as a cab, and it is usually a more pleasant experience.

It won't be any cheaper for you to return to the Airport and take WDW ME unless the Residence Inn offers free shuttle service to the Airport. As the cost of the cab/town car from Residence Inn to Airport vrs. Residence to WDW will be about the same. And it will take you much much longer to return to the Airport and use ME to get to WDW.
