transportation help

my best friend(Babylove99) and I are planning a trip to LA for Spring Break. We are going to spend 3 days in the hollywood/LA area and then we are going to go to Disneyland for 2 days. The only problem we have is getting to Disneyland since we can't rent a car. Is there a shuttle we could take from the airport to Disneyland? Could we take a taxi or something? What would be the quickest and cheapest way to go about this? any help would be great!!

Are you flying into LAX? You could take a Supershuttle to wherever you're staying in the LA / Hollywood area and then shuttle down to Disneyland and finally shuttle / airport bus back to the airport. I'm not sure of how much it'd cost but, it's definately much cheaper than a cab. Airport bus would be your cheapest and then supershuttle would be next. Also, airport bus only provides service from the airports to DL and back.

there are sightseeing tour companies who does daytrips to & from DL from the Hollywood area. Check with your hotel concierge for recommendations.

Hi Jules -- you're going to like the changes @ DL. I recommend Supershuttle - it's slightly more expensive than Airport Bus, but it gives better service.

we can get the Supershuttle to come to our hotel and get us and take us to the Disneyland area?

so i think the plan now is to take the supershuttle or airport bus from LAX to our hotel in LA and then when we go to DL take the supershuttle from our hotel to our DL hotel and then that to the airport.

is all of that possible?

You can take the amtrak from union station or the metro - if you want to do public transit. www.mta.net
