Transportation help

We booked a room at Hotel Sheraton Safari for 4 nights. We have 3 kids under age 3, so we are thinking not to renting a car.

How much would be the cab fare from airport to the hotel? and how good is the shuttle from hotel to DW?

any ideas?

Cab fare from the airport to hotel is going to be around $50.

Can't help with the shuttle info for this hotel.

They do have a shuttle going to Disney put together by all the hotels around. You can take taxis to the parks but it could get expensive. Magic Kingdom about 20.00 one way. Taxis from airport about 50.00 but you need three baby seats. Car services may work out for you as they will be able to find the child seats. Murray Hill is good at that as they should have that many seats. Their website is Transportation2disney.com. You might try Sunray who is very reliable.

Since you're not staying on site, I really would rent a car -- with three small kids, shuttles can be a hassle -- what if the little ones get tired at a park and you want to go back to the hotel, then you're stuck waiting for the shuttle, etc. You didn't mention how many days you'd spend in the parks or which of the parks you're going to visit -- depending on that, it could add up to a lot of time and aggravation that you don't want!
