transportation help WDW to Amway Arena (Orlando Magic game)

Not sure if this is where to post this......
wondering what would be the easiest way to get to Amway Arena to see Orlando Magic game?
We are staying at POP Century and have the chance to see a game on April 1st. Probably for 2 ppl.
I'm thinking a taxi would be the easiest way but wondering the cost, is there public transit that would take you there easily?
Any advice would be great.

I would stick with a cab...you don't want to ride the bus downtown at night...too many bad things can happen. The cab will be pretty expensive but it's safer. It's just a LONG way from Disney to downtown.

I hadn't thought of safety, good point. It will probably be my DH and Ds going so easiest, safest way is best.
