We're headed to Disney next week to watch my daughter compete in High School cheer nationals. She is staying with the team at the Coronado and we are staying at the Dolphin. We made dinner reservations at Le Cellier on Monday night at 8:45. I'm assuming it will probably be close to 10 or later by the time we finish dinner. I know she can't stay for the extended hours since her reservation is not at a Deluxe resort. I'm trying to figure out the best way to get her and her teammate which will be with her back to Coronado. Will there be a resort bus that late going back to Coronado (since it's not part of the extended hours) or should we bring them back to the Dolphin and then drive them to their hotel?

Yes, there should be and if there is not, Disney will figure out some way to get her back. I've not tested this but I've read and heard that they will never leave a guest stranded.

There's shouldn't be an issue at all. After your meal, the girls need only walk to the front of the Park and take a bus to Coronado Springs. Buses will run until at least 10. After that, they just need to speak to a CM at the bus stop and let them know that they need transportation to Coronado Springs. The CM will get them on a bus or van that will take them to CSR. It happens every night with late dining reservations. Disney will not strand a guest at any Park.

Alternatively, they could walk back to the Dolphin with you, and you could get them an Uber or Lyft fro there, back to CSR. That should cost you around $10.
