Transportation from SNA to Anaheim Hilton

We are doing a trip to DLR from December 14-18 and will be staying at the Anaheim Hilton.

The last trip we booked was through Disney and we included the shuttle as park of our package. This time we were able to get an amazing rate on our room through Tripadvisor so we not doing a package this time.

We fly in on the Wednesday around 12:30 pm so we can spend half a day in the parks and we fly out on the Sunday around 6:50 pm so we can spend most of our last day in the parks before we fly home.

I was just wondering what people's experiences have been for the various transportation options between SNA and DLR.

I use Karmel Shuttle.

Or I rent a car.

They do have a shuttle area that's easy to get to and pay your cash and get onboard, but the last time we used it we ended up in a rattletrap late at night with a driver yawning and saying how tired he was whole going, no exaggeration, 90 for the whole time on freeways, even on the flyovers. Terrifying.

There's also taxis, uber, maybe lyft.

And the coach bus, Disneyland Resort Express, but that one has time restrictions for pickup.

I used to be a rental car junkie everywhere I travel cuz I hate dealing with Taxis and even more so shuttles. That has changed. Uber is all over Anaheim and that is now our primary mode of transportation.

I use Supershuttle when I fly in, book and pay ahead of time and it's no worries. Very quick and efficient.

I used Lyft for the first time on our last trip 2 weeks ago. It was great. Quick, cheap and clean, and we were even offered free bottled water. One of our drivers was a former cast member so that was cool! Uber is good, too. Now that I've used both and know they're both great I'll never use a taxi or shuttle again.

We always use Uber unless my parents join us then we use Lansky's.
