transportation from radisson?

we are staying at the radisson at the port the night before our cruise next week.but our problem is we probably won't get there until 5pm and i know all the early times for the shuttle will be gone.
my 2 questons are can we flag down the avis shuttle if they are around and not to busy or can we get a cab for 6 people to take us to the terminal?i like to get there about 11am so i don't want to wait for a late radisson shuttle.

I think you could catch the Avis shuttle. Just tip the driver a few $$ and I'm sure they would be happy to transport you and your party.

I think it varies, because we arrived at about 7:00 PM on Friday and we had our choice for the shuttle. There were no times that were full yet. (We scheduled the Rad. Shuttle, but then when we turned in our car to Avis the next morning, the Avis shuttle had space and was ready to go, so we just took that one.)

I had the same worry for my Jan cruise. We didn't check in until nearly 8 pm and I had my choice of shuttle times (I picked the 10:20 one, but 10, 10:40 and 11 were also open, and we were a party of 4).

We will be arriving late (around 7pm) on Friday for a cruise we are doing in May. Does anyone know if it is possible to call the Raddisson in advance to book the shuttle over the phone to ensure an early shuttle?

Yes, you can call the Radisson direct and ask to book your shuttle time prior to your arrival. I did this on my October, 2001 cruise. Then I could relax knowing I would be at the port early. At that time first available shuttle was about 10:15 for arrival at port about 10:30 am.
