Transportation from LGB

So i have read that taxi is $45 flat rate. We have 2 adults and 4 kids plus our bags. Will wr be able to get a van that fits us for $45 or would it be extra?

We got a van that fit 4 adults and my 13yo for the flat rate. We could not get the flat rate back to the airport because we didn't stay at a resort hotel. It was a bit spendier than I had planned, but still probably cheaper than a shuttle.

I printed off this page for my last trip from LGB to PPH. It lists $45 flat rate.

Yes there were mini-vans there too. In the past I've been able to get a mini-van for 6 people and luggage plus carry-on items without a problem for the flat rate.
One thing I have learned to do, is print the offer to show the taxi director and driver. I also write the destination location on the page.
This way there is NO confusion.

The voucher I got from PPH for the return to LGB was through Yellow Cab Co. The listed flat rate is $55.
I asked why the difference? It's a different cab company. They said I could call the LongBeach Yellow cab company if I wanted to get the lower rate.
Since I didn't have time I just went with the $55.

You might ask the LongBeach cab driver if they can be scheduled to provide your return to LGB for the flat rate....
I plan to next trip. Like many here on the DisBoard, I try to save where I can.

I'm surprised you couldn't get a flat rate back to the airport.
We have stayed off site and I've never had a problem with FlatRate for the airport return.
However, I do included my FlatRate $$ request when I call for the ride. I re-confirm the FlatRate $$ when the taxi arrives and all was well.
Upfront... No surprised....
