Transportation from disney to universal?

Hey! I'm staying in lake buena vista and i was wondering what the easiest/cheapest mode of transportation to universal would be? I'm not going to have a car so any advice would be appreciated!

People give Mears rave reviews.I never used it cuase we drive.But I have read that its like $18 per person roundtrip.Here is the website!
