Transportation from Amtrak

Hi folks...Does TTC and Yourride pick up from the Amtrak station in Orlando? I can't use the Kiss. station because the train from Beaumont, Tx terminates in Orlando. Also, how much does a cab cost from there to Universal area and Disney back to Amtrak. I THINK I'm spending 4 nights offsite and 9 nights onsite...but that could change any time
