We'll be in WDW in Feb and scheduled a Keys to the Kingdom tour at 8AM on a day when MK opens at 9AM. Disney asks that we be there 15 minutes before the tour starts. The Disney web site says buses/boats/monorails start running 45 minutes before park opening. We're staying at Pop Century - will need to take a taxi or Minnie Lyft to get there on time? Any other recommendations? Thanks!

1. That info is wrong.
(BTW, the more commonly posted -and equally inaccurate- info is that buses start running an hour before the parks open.)
The reality is that resort to park buses begin running every day about 6:30AM.

2. You can do that if you like.
Or just get up early and take an MK bus.

Just know that when you arrive at MK, find the lines to the far left that are for early ADRs and tours. You will be held with everyone there until the CMs get the okay to let everyone in these lines in. It should be around 7:45, but I once was held a bit later as they had some maintenance vehicles they had to move from Main Street.

Buses start running at 6:30 AM, primarily for all the various early morning dining and activities (such as tours) in all the parks
