Transportation early morning flight

What’s the best transportation for a 0700 return flight from John Wayne (outside of renting)? So 4:30am time needed I’m thinking? Can I schedule a cab in advance? I’ve read Uber can be unreliable at that early? Different car services? Thank you!

We had MidWilShuttle pick us up at the hotel at 5:00 am for a 7:05 flight from SNA. The driver was a few minutes early and we were at SNA about 5:20. It was more expensive than a cab or ride share, but I wanted to have confidence in getting a ride that early in the morning (and not spend the trip worrying about getting back to the airport!).

Last week I used Sunny's transportation. I used them round trip between SNA & Disneyland Hotel. I think most shuttle companies are available for early morning reservations.
