Transportation companies in FLL

Anyone have a recommendation for a transportation company for eight adults and an infant who needs a car seat? Looking to go from FLL to a rental (about 7 miles from the airport) and then from the rental to the port the next day (about 6 miles). Trying to figure out if there is a transportation company that makes sense and doesn’t break the bank, or if we should just Uber/Lyft?

We have used Larry's Limo service and all was good. I wouldn't Uber with an infant unless you'll have your car seat.
