I don't see why not. We always stay on property and we have never been given a special pass or card that gives us access to the bus. Maybe one of the moderators will post on this thread. They know EVERYTHING!
The only park where there is no direct transportation from one park to another is when going from the Magic Kingdom to another park. If your coming from there you take the Express Monorail and boat to the TTC. So if your going to Epcot you get on the Epcot Monorail. If your going to Hollywood Studios or the Animal Kingdom you take the buses from there.
Now if you want to park hopp from Epcot - Hollywood Studios, Epcot - Animal Kingdom and doing the reverse from those parks, they have direct bus transportation right there onsite.
Thanks everyone for your replies. We have been to WDW several times but always have stayed on property. This year we are staying in a condo and it has been 4 years since the last time we were there and couldn't remember if we had to show a resort pass or not on transportation. Thanks again for your help!!
I know. Really, I was just kidding with my response to you.
But seriously, I thought transportation was included in tickets. So if you parked at the TTC and enjoyed the am at the MK, you could then take a bus to the Y&BC for lunch, and then take a bus or boat to any park to return to the MK eventually making your way back to the TTC at the end of your day.
