Transportation between Parks prior to 2:00 pm

Hi! I am planning an AK/MK park hopping day and am wondering when park-to-park transportation begins everyday (if it even exists right now?). Depending on when I'm done with AK, I may head over to the MK area prior to 2:00 pm - will I be able to take a bus from AK to MK prior to 2:00 pm? Or should I plan on taking a CR bus from AK and just walking over to MK if it's earlier than 2:00 pm? Thank you!
