So, we've had to change plans and instead of Disney World this year it looks like we'll be going to Disneyland. We are looking to add an extra day onto the trip and head to Legoland, but since it's only one day we aren't going to rent a car and we aren't going to stay down by Legoland.

My questions are, what are the options for transportation between Disneyland and Legoland if we are just going down for the day? Would relying on someone else to get us there rush things too much? We'll have 4 kids ages 9, 6, 3, and an infant.

Thanks!

It's best to rent a car so you can visit on your own terms. Thier are a hundful of rental desks within walking distance of DLR and nearby hotels.

You can take a cab to the Anaheim train station. Take Amtrak, or two commuters, Metro and Coaster. Take a cab at the other end.

You can do a bus/ticket combo or just bus. http://www.grayline.com/Anaheim/Legoland

In Lego Club magazine, which is free to subscribe to, is a buy adult, recieve child ticket of one type or another.

Thanks so much for the information. It sounds like it would be easier to rent a car for a day instead of finding a way to commute, especially with 4 kids. I didn't realize there were rental places close by. That is what I was most worried about. We'll look more closely into a rental.

Thank you again!
