Transportation and Professional Internship

Hello, I will start my internship as an Industrial Engineer PI. I have a problem... my car is not working right now, and I do not have enough funs to fix it, or get a new/used car... Is there any transportation reliability there? Have you done the IE internship? Please I need your inputs.

Umm, there's a reason why all PI's are REQUIRED to have their own transportation. There is no disney transportation available at Northbridge

Well, I can do carpooling (I have friends there) or take a Lynx bus that takes you from Millenia Mall to the Disney place. So, I will be ok!

I know quite a few people who have done IE and Mechanical Engineering internships at WDW -- having your own transportation is a must. The LYNX buses only run during certain hours, and more than likely won't get you to where you need to be for work. Your hours will not always be regular, and it won't always be possible to carpool, even with other engineering interns.

I'd seriously suggest finding a way to fix your car.

Well in the fact its part of the job requirements... (and I know I had to affirm that I will have a car when I accepted the job-) It could be an issue
