not sure where to post this but I'm looking for someone or some company that is reliable to transport my family of 4 from mco to universal. them a few days later from universal to Disney. both times stopping for case of water at a store. then a few days after the Disney drop off another pickup from Disney to the mco to go back home.

Is there a reason you're not using Disney's Magical express for the Disney-->MCO leg? Are you staying on Disney property? That'll save you some $$ if your airline participates

Just book Tony for our transportation needs.
Anyone have advise or opinions?
Will they make a stop at a mini mart for drinks and such in route.

Not really much of a traveler what is customary for a party of 4 to tip the drivers each leg.

Also anyone have issues with them not showing up for any of the leggs

IF Tony didn't offer to stop, it might be an oversight. Just let him know that you want a grocery stop, and he'll take care of it.
Customary gratuity for private transfers is 20%...so just figure out what he's charging for each leg, and tip accordingly.

Not necessarily. I know he has at least one other person that works for/with him.

If you tell Tony you need a stop, he will work it into his schedule

Tell him when you book
You can send him an email or call him now if you wish

But if you decide once he picks you up, he can do it only if time allows
