Transport to IOA and HHN

Any help on these questions would be well appreciated.

6th Oct to 13th October 2012 Coronado Springs, 13th to 20th October 2012 Disney Fantasy.

We hope to use the Mears shuttle from Coronado Springs to IOA, how early do they pick up?

We are also planning to do the HHN at Universal Studios on the same day, does Mears do a late pick up? Are these pick up points easy to get to?

Anyone that has had experience with the Mears shuttles and Halloween Horror Nights please post reply. This year is the first time in Florida that we are not renting a car.

I would call Mears directly and ask them. That way you know for sure.

I will call Mears a month before our vacation date.

I assume Mears is a reasonable company to use?

2 years ago the last mears shuttle left UO for disney at 2:00 am.

this was on a night that hhn closed at 2:00 am.

you can book the round trip Mears shuttle transportation at your disney hotel concierge in the lobby.

do it the day before or earlier.

right now it is $19 pp + gratuity.


you are picked up at your hotel and dropped off at the drop off section at UO.

you can book the return pick up time since you will be staying late or you have the option of calling a few hours ahead for when you want to be picked up.
that is what is the procedure has been for regular park hours.

since you are going for hhn, do ask if you have to book the return time in advance so they are aware of how many bodies will need seats on the shuttle.
