Here's the situation that we are looking at:
My DH, DD, and myself will be flying from IL to FL the morning of the day before we cruise. My BIL will be driving from Atlanta to St Petersburg to meet up with my MIL and FIL. Somehow we all need to get to the Courtyard by Marriott in Cocoa Beach - which is where we are going to spend the afternoon/night together before we can get on the boat.
Possibilities:
1 - we fly into Tampa and they pick us up at the airport and we drive to Cocoa Beach - - - if we do this - we would need both MIL's car and BIL's car to fit all six of us plus luggage - - OR would we be better off renting a mini-van??
2 - we fly into Orlando and rent a car to drive to Cocoa Beach, they drive from St Petersburg and meet us in Tampa.
I thought this would be so simple - but then I started thinking about us not fitting in one of their cars and having to park two cars at the port . . .
I would appreciate any tips/suggestions that anyone could make.
