Transport from YC to CG??

We are staying at the YC and want to make late dinner reservations for CG. Anyway to get back besides a cab?

Yeah get over to Epcot and take the Monorail. Easy as pie. try to get your ressie for 8:30 PM if possible. That way you can watch wishes from the top of the CR. They pipe the music in. It is so cool.

coming back from CR to YC, take a DTD bus from CR, exit at Marketplace and change buses to the YC bus.

thanks--how late do the buses run after the fireworks at MK?

buses run one hour after park closes, but the bus to DTD runs until 2 am.

This won't work as Epcot closes at 9 except during the Candlelight Processional and NYE. You would not be able to walk through Epcot to get to YC with a 8:30 ADR at CG. And it is along walk, I wouldn't want to do it after dinner at CG even with an earlier time.

We took the monorail from the Contemporary to Magic Kingdom, then hopped a bus back to YC. Just be sure that MK is open late enough that night.

That's the way to go. You can also walk your dinner off and skip the monorail. Buses run about 2 hrs after the park closes I believe.

Try to plan on the California Grill for a night that the MK is open late (or has evening EMH). That way you can either monorail or walk over to the MK and take the bus back to the Yacht Club.
