Transport from OKW

I am trying to decide between OKW, BWV, & BCV for our next trip. I have never stayed on property so I don't know exactly where the resorts are located. I know that both BCV & BWV are Epcot resorts, meaning we can walk easily to Epcot, and if we are very ambitious, we can walk to MGM as well. Are either of these two resorts more centrally located to BOTH parks, i.e, comparable walk to Epcot & MGM, and can I walk to any park from OKW or will I need my car or bus service?

OKW has GREAT Disney bus service, so we never think of that as a down side. If you are more inclined to walk to resorts, then BWV would be more central to both Epcot and MGM. BCV is closest to Epcot. Be fore warned that both of those resorts have some bus issues to MK. The only bus issue from OKW is to AK. It is a longer trip, and they stop at BB on the way to and from.

We found the bus service at OKW was quite good...never really had to wait long at all till one came. BCV, however....I try never to take those buses. Many times I've waited over 20 minutes. CM's have apologized....bus should be arriving, etc., but you still wait. I finally gave up and walked in to Epcot and took the monorail to MK. A little more walking, but a lot less aggravating than waiting for the bus that "should be here any minute."
Does anyone know why the buses have trouble making it to BC?? Have they gotten better? Other guests I've met have had similar bus experiences there.
