they do offer transfers from WDW to DCL and vice versa....
However, they are not free... it's $35 per person each direction.
You can also get transfers from MCO in either direction. And you have the flexibility to book transfers for just one direction. Plus you could book it so that you transfer from WDW to DCL and then DCL to MCO. You don't have to go back to the same place you left from.
For the record though, we found it was much more cost effective to get a higher end rental and drive to the port ourselves. It's an easy drive and we return the car to the office that is only about 2 miles away and they will take you to the ship.
That is $69.00 round trip from MCO to the port per person. It is much mnore economical to either rent a car or to hire a car service company. With car service there usually is no waiting to get to the port or to leave the port headed back to MCO. Car service can provide you with non-stop transportation to/from WDW. The time spent in the vehicle is about !/2 the time utilizing the DCL busses and you can pick up groceries or booze along the way. The trip to the port from the airport runs about 50 minutes utilizing car service.
With car service the payment for transportation can be made when you get to the Disney ship and with many companies does not have to be paid ahead.
Car service rates start at approximately $180.00 for up to 7 passengers to about $250.00 per vehicle for the large groups.
