Transfers for Backstage Magic ABD

All,
We are booked on Backstage Magic departing Jan 25th 2015.
The plan is to fly from the UK on Jan 24th, arriving mid-afternoon and stay in an airport hotel.
Will ABD pick us up from that hotel or from the airport?
Furthermore on day 6 we will take advantage and stay an extra night on our DVC points before continuing our trip to Hawaii.
Will ABD provide transfers to the airport even if it's a day later ?

Generally, if you book the pre- or post- days on your own, then ABD does not provide transfers. If you book them through ABD, then the transfers *are* included.

I know there are some deviations from that, such as the Arizona and Utah trip, where there is a mass transfer from the Phoenix airport, so as long as you are at the airport at the right time, you get the transfer, and I do believe if you are staying at the Grand Californian prior to a Backstage Magic tour, they have special transfers back to Hollywood for that. So my suggestion is that you call your Travel Agent (or ABD if you booked directly with them) and discuss your specific situation with them.

ABD usually does not offer transfers for pre or post nights booked on your own.

If you are staying near the airport, you can schedule an airport pick up on the first day of the Adventure through your agent or ABD.

You will need to be at Terminal 7, near the United baggage claim / Information at noon (12:00pm).

Just to re-iterate...this must be noted and scheduled in advance.

If you book a room with DVC points at the end of the Adventure, transfers are not included.

ABD offers a pick up and transfer from the Grand Californian at the beginning of the Adventure. This is for guests that wish to drive and not fly. Parking at the GC is included and you would need to let the Cast Member know that you are with ABD.

Pick up would require your to be in front of the GC Valet stand with your luggage no later than 12:45pm for a 1:00pm pick up.

Again, this is not something that is offered unless it is noted with your agent and scheduled through ABD.
