Transferring to FJ from wheelchair

How hard will it be to transfer from a wheelchair to a seat on FJ?

They have a special boarding area for those who need assistance. You do not board with the rest of the public.

I rode FJ one time with my mom and ended up being taken to that special boarding area,we rode it with a dad and his son who apparently needed assistance getting on the ride even though he wasn't in a wheelchair.If I recall we had to take an elevator down to the loading zone.The cars are stopped so boarding is at your pace and when they go they are merged into the regular ride in between cars.I think the attendant down there also mentioned that this was the area where VIP's board the ride.

This is correct. I was in the single riders line and was asked if I wanted to see a different part of Hogwarts. So I agreed. I was walked down a path to an elevator, down another corridor, then another elevator. There is a separate loading zone, often with two Hogwarts students. The load/unload time can take as long as needed. When you get sent off, the ride calculates when it slides your bench into the regular rotation. You miss a few seconds of the ride, and you get pulled in at a slightly different spot. It's done so seamlessly that the regular riders would never know.

That would make perfect sense.
