Transferring Resorts - PC to WL

For our trip this September we will be arriving late on Friday night and I have 2 rooms currently at PC for that night. The next morning I would love to go straight to MK, but we need to transfer our luggage to WL. I was wondering if anyone has ever used the luggage transfer option at PC and if so, how it worked? Thanks.

I've not stayed at PC, but in 2000, I ended up going from ASMu to WL to POFQ to ASMu (again!), and didn't have any problems with luggage transfer. Make sure you mention this at check-in, and then again (obviously) at check-out from your first hotel. It can take a few hours for everything to get to the destination, but at least you can spend that time in the parks!

Friday night, just touch the Luggage button on your phone, and they can schedule the transfer for you. Just leave the bags packed, and ready to go in your room, and head off to the MK.

Luggage Assistance will then come to your room (you do not need to be in the room), pick up your bags, and hold onto them. Between 1-3pm, they will be transferred over to Wilderness Lodge. When you check in at WL, just let Bell Services know that you are ready for your bags, and they will bring them up. (You do need to be in the room for Bell Services).
