Hello I have two contracts but same use year. If we were to transfer out those points to someone could we transfer in points from someone else as long as it is not the same use year?

You can transfer points once per UY -- either in or out, not both.

My reading skills leave something to be desired. I missed that you asked about different UYs. Ignore my response.

It's one transfer per use year per membership. Two contracts in the same membership mean only one transfer, not two.

If you have two memberships, then yes.

If the points transferred in are a different UY from the ones you transfer out, yes you can do that.

You get one transfer in or out of your membership per UY. The only way to get some in and out is to have them be from a different UY, as in calendar year, not different UY as in the month.

For example if you transfer out Aug 2023 UY points, that counts for your 2023 UY transfer. You would not be able to get any 2023 UY points, even if they were a different month.

But, if you transfer out 2023 UY points, you could then receive some 2024 UY points, no matter the month.
