Transferring Points In

If I own AKV and I transfer points into my membership from a BCV owner... are those points now AKV in my membership? For instance, I'm out of points and I was considering getting a transfer in. If I get BCV points, can I make a reservation at AKV because I'm in my 11 month window.... do I still need to wait for the 7 month window to book BCV?

Transferred points retain their home resort and use year. You could use them to make a reservation at BCV during the home resort priority period. You have to wait until the 7 month window opens to use them at AKV (or any other non-BCV resort).
