HI there,
I have 2 separate contracts with different UY which I bought from resale. I transferred 11 pts from one contract to the other last November. That reservation was cancelled. Is it true that you cannot see the 11 transferred points at the members website? I ask this because I have been working with DVC since February trying to correct a problem with my account and I was told by a CM that she saw 11 pts that were available from my xfer in. I am not able to see these points online.

. However, you can go to account activity and you can see the points in the account you transfered out from. there is also a little message stating you may not be able to see the transfered points in the account you want to see them in. I thought that if I gave it some time they would show up but they haven't. I plan to talk to member services this week and try to clear it up.
