Transferring military vouchers at DTD?

Can you transfer your military park hopper vouchers into tickets at DTD? We arrive Sunday and would love to do this ahead of rope drop on Monday. Is the ticket counter open the same hours as the park?

There is an extensive ticket "sticky" at the top of the theme parks and strategies board with the answer to part of your question, and there are a few CM's that work the ticket function that answer back pretty quickly.

You can do this at guest relations in the marketplace or the guest relations windows outside of disneyquest

Either of the (2) DTD Guest Relations locations can handle this transaction for you. They are open until 11pm (I think 11:30 on Fridays and Saturdays). If these are the 4-day AFS tickets, you need military ID and military base for sponsor, then name, address, phone, DOB for everyone else getting one of the tickets.
