Transferring magic bands

I was just wondering we have MB from our last stay which our AP were put onto, these have now ran out and we'll get new MB when we check into OKW in august. Is there a way u can take the bands off my account so they're not registered to me. We've got friends going (just at same time not going together) who are staying offsite and I was going to give them to them and then when they sort their tickets out they could use then.

You can deactivate your own MB in the MDE app, but you can not transfer them to someone else.

If your friends are staying offsite and want MB they can buy them online, at the Disney Store or in the park.
