Transferred from CBR to BOARDWALK :)

Hi Everyone!!!

Just got back from a 4 day trip. Long story short, our room at CBR had the worst moldy/musty smell and had mold on the doors and windows. So we were transferred to the BWI. SO super excited, we had the BEST time in Disney!!!!!!

Disney did right by us, and now it will be very hard not to stay at an Epcot resort, or any deluxe for that matter !!!!

It's great that you were able to switch over to the Boardwalk Inn and that you enjoyed staying there.

I'll be at the Boardwalk Inn very soon!! Stayed at BWV in a studio once before......love the location, the boardwalk, the atmosphere!!!

Glad it worked out for you - it is too bad your first room was that bad! After staying At a deluxe for the first time I knew I needed to continue. That's why I bought DVC!

Wow! What a great location for your WDW vacation. We stayed at the Yacht Club for our very first WDW trip and we LOVED the location and how close we were to EPCOT.

Yeah, its gonna be hard to stay anywhere but deluxe, but my heart does belong at POP, so for a short trip, POP is better then no trip

We had a very musty-smelling room upon checking in at CBR 4 weeks ago with no visible mold. The smell went away within 2 days and maybe I should have complained. If we got upgraded to a deluxe I'm afraid we'd never go back to moderate.

Wow, congratulations on your upgrade and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. We've stayed at CBR several times and never encountered the problem you had, but nice to know that Disney made it right for you!
