Transfering Points

What steps or precautions would you use when looking at buying transfer points. I just want to know the steps that are involved.

FYI - You can buy transfer points from Disney, but according to the "rules" you can't from a member. If MS finds out that money is involved, they will not make the transfer.

Also transfered points retain their home resort booking priority and UY. They can be banked but not borrowed and on a side note, every time that we have transfered points from one of our UY's to the other, MS has screwed up our account.
