Transfering Points Question(s)

I have two use years, April and June.

Right now...
Can I have 2007 points from another member transfered to my 2007 June account?

...then after April 1st.,
Can I transfer my 2008 points from my April contract to my 2008 June contract?

Would this count as one transfer for my 06 use year and one transfer for my 07 use year? OR would this be two transfers in my 06 use year?

Right now you are in your 2006 Use Year for both contracts. If you have '07 points transferred into your June account you could not have another transfer until after your 2007 Use Year begins. You could not accept another transfer into your June account until after June 1.

I don't know of MS will count the transfer of '07 points as a transfer in '07 - it's possible they could view it that way and then no transfers could be accepted until June, 2008.

The real answer may even depend on who you speak with at MS.

Let us know when you try the transfers.

It's one per use year per individual contract. So you could transfer points to your June 07 contract then later transfer April 2008 pts to your June 2008 contract. You may have to wait until June, 07 to complete this transfer. That would count as your one transfer for your June 07 contract and one transfer each for your 2008 contracts.
