Transfering from AKV to OKW..how to pack refridgerated food?

We will be going from AKV to OKW with a fridge full of food (and a small amount of freezer stuff). Any advice on how to pack it? Do we bring it down to bell services at AKV and tell them what is what...do we label it??? We will only be renting a car for 1 day (coming from offsite), so will only be able to shop once and do not want to do a grocery delivery. Thanks for any help

I would probably buy a styrofoam cooler to pack the items. I think bell services has a refrigerated storage section for food but I am not sure who well that would work. Try to check out as close to the 11 am deadline as possible and go check into the OKW as soon as you check out of AKV and you may get lucky to find your room ready at OKW. This is a good question! I currently am waiting for a waitlist to come through for Thanksgiving week. Our split is 3 days and 2 days. I figured I would be fine if I had to switch resorts but I forgot about the food!!!

If you can get there, I would go out to OKW and check in as early in the morning as you can...before you check out of AKV. You just might luck out and get a villa that was not filled the night before and is ready at check in time.
I echo the purchasing a styrofoam cooler for this purpose as well.
