I know I can transfer my current years points to another member, but can I transfer points from my 05 allotment?
Example:
My UY is June. My next allottment will be June 04. So I know on June 1, 04 I can transfer 150 pt to another member, but how about the 05 points? I know I can't transfer borrowed points. But can I transfer my 05 points and then have the other member borrow from them when they need them? If not the only way I can use these would be to rent them out and make the ressie for the renter.
