Transfer Wheel chairs at restaurants?

I think I already know the answer to this but figured it doesn't hurt to ask.
Do any or all of the restaurants at Disney have Wheelchairs available to transfer guest to the table?
I will be using my ECV but I really do hate to bring it into the restaurants. But I also can't make it up stairs or long way to tables either. And of course if you must use the ECV you have to wait even longer for an accessible table to open up. ADRs not withstanding.

To the best of my knowledge they do not have loaner wheelchairs at any of the restaurants.

Also, in visualizing all the WDW restaurants the only one with required stairs is Liberty Tree Tavern. And if you cannot navigate stairs at all they will give you a table on the left side (facing the restaurant) and allow access through the door to the ramp outside.

Bistro has stairs, but also has an elevator that will hold one person.

Another option might be to get as close to the table as possible with your ECV, and then have someone else in you party drive it to a parking space.

I can do the get close thing but some of those places are so tight that trying to get there, and then someone having to get back out is a real challenge as I am sure you know.
I was not looking for a loaner chair but rather a transfer chair to get you through the crowds to the table to sit at the table. They really should each have one or two such chairs, but I don't think they do, anyway I figured I would post in case anyone here had seen or used one in a restaurant there.

I have never seen any kind of transfer or loaner wheelchair in the restaurants and have never heard of one either.
