Can you Transfer DVC points to yourself?

If I have two different Use Year contracts, can I Transfer points to myself?

If they fall under different membership numbers, yes. Points transfered in retain their original home resort and UY.

I do it almost every year. I have one small contract and one larger contract. Sometime having the smaller number of points in with the larger helps in booking.

With different use years, you have different member numbers and thus are in effect two different members, with the result that you can transfer among your own use years and stay within the one transfer out or in rule per member. Moreover, MS usually allows members with different use years to do multiple transfers in or out per use year, which can be particularly helpful when you have three or more use years, although being able to do so depends on the particular MS person you get.
