Transfer Reservation

Hello everyone.

I have a quick question.

I'm expecting to become a member in the next couple of months. For December I've rented points and have a reservation. Once I am a member would it be possible for the person I rented from to transfer the reservation to me?

No, reservations cannot be transferred, only points can be transferred between members. The reservation should be in your name, but the member whose points were used will still control the reservation (and the poiints).

Just to say it another way -

If you want control of the reservation, the other member would have to cancel it and transfer the points to you. Not a good idea, because 2005 December reservations are very tough to get right now. If your reservation is cancelled, you'd probably lose it. The days would go to someone on the waitlist first.
