Transfer questions

Do you have to pay MF on points you transfer in from some0ne else? Also, is there a good thread that discusses best way to transfer points between DVC members?

No, there are no maintenance fees due on transferred points. Those are the responsibility of the owner of the account from which they were transferred and will already have been paid in most cases.
